For the last three years The Logic Group has commissioned Ipsos MORI to survey consumers about their attitudes and behaviours towards loyalty.
This year we have decided to take a different approach, focussing on the new ways that consumers are choosing to engage with brands across many channels. We are producing series of more focussed reports, beginning with this survey which examines consumer attitudes towards mobile interactions.
