Nikki Gray

Biography

Nikki Gray works as a Customer Insight and Loyalty Consultant for the Logic Group. She works with clients to refine value propositions, design and implement loyalty programmes, and provide strategic advice on customer acquisition and penetration to ensure solution Return on Investment. Prior to working at the Logic Group Nikki was a consultant for a Human Resource software and consultancy organisation, where she was responsible for implementing electronic rostering software in the NHS. She studied at Royal Holloway University of London where she graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Business Management (BSc).
