About me

I am a Business Development Manager at The Logic Group focus on delivering operational effectiveness and efficiency in customer engagements to tier 1 and 2 retailers. This focuses on payment technologies, loyalty solutions, risk and fraud management and customer insight strategies that combine to deliver value.

Career History

Nick graduated from the University of Surrey in 2002, Nick has over 6 years experience within the payments industry during an exciting time that has seen the adoption of Chip & Pin, PCI-DSS, Increased fraud management and Internationalisation of payments. Nick started his career in a technical capacity that provided a solid foundation in understanding the technicalities of the payments and customer engagement markets. His recent 6.5 years have been in client facing roles focused on Business Development and Client management spending 3 years with Transaction Network Services prior to joining The Logic Group. Nick’s skills, experience and innovation in client solutions are aimed to help drive improved customer experience, enhanced customer insight and stronger customer relationships.
