Fiona Moss
Fiona Moss is a Research Manager at Ipsos MORI
Fiona’s work as a market researcher is focussed on customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty. She manages both large and small scale projects in a variety of sectors, providing her clients with strategic and tactical insights into improving customer experience and fostering positive customer opinion and loyalty.
Alongside her project work, she is interested in studying the developing trends involved in promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty, and has written a number of papers on these topics.
Fiona joined Ipsos MORI in 2006, prior to which she worked as an internal communications officer in a university public relations office. She has a BA (Hons) in French with Mathematics from the University of London, a Masters in European Literature from Oxford University and is an Associate Member of the Market Research Society.
