| Solve-Payment |
Solve-Payment is The Logic Group’s next generation settlement product. It has been designed to be highly flexible and adaptable. Solve-Payment is developed in Java™ and adopts the latest IT standards. The product takes advantage of all the experience learnt from the company’s previous settlement product, Solve-PFG.
Solve-Payment enables the merchant to provide the details of an authorised transaction to the acquirer for settlement, provided in a payment file. Once received by the acquirer, the payment file is processed and funds transferred from the cardholder’s account to the merchant’s account.
Solve-Payment produces settlement files from the transaction log records that have been marked for settlement by Solve/SE. It can process several transaction logs within the same run, ensuring that transactions within logs generated by different Solve/SE systems can be processed into the same settlement file. Solve-Payment operates as a batch process and can be initiated automatically at set times of the day to submit settlement files, although normally run at the end of each trading day.
