Oasis2 is The Logic Group’s product designed for use in a Customer Not Present (CNP) environment, such as a call centre or back office, where card details need to be entered and the transaction validated or authorised. This Windows®-based application combines ease-of-use, reliability and high performance. It can be easily integrated with other key business systems and is an integral part of The Logic Group’s CNP solution.
Oasis2 provides a friendly browser-based data entry interface to Solve/SE, The Logic Group’s authorisation product. In a call centre, the agent enters the card and sales details into the Oasis2 data entry screen, these details are then transferred to the Oasis2 server (running Microsoft’s Internet Information Server). The Oasis2 server will then submit, via TCP/IP, the transaction details to Solve/SE for authorisation. Oasis2 may also prove attractive as a means of re-entering sales data if a file has become corrupted.
