Solve/SE is provided with a full suite of products that support the integration, administration and management of the solution. Amongst these, Solve-Monitor is The Logic Group's systems monitoring tool. Solve-Monitor observes products, alerting system administrators to events and errors via E-mail, SMS, pager messages, or at the workstation through audible or visual alerts. Alerts can be configured for different operators and for alternative times and days of the week. A single system monitors multiple applications.

Solve-Monitor reassures system administrators that the applications within the card processing system are operating effectively. Running as a Windows® service, it monitors proactively by sending heartbeat messages to multiple Solve/SE installations, then reporting back statistics and raising alerts if specified thresholds have been exceeded. Thanks to Solve Monitor administrators always know the state of their systems rather than hoping everything is working correctly.

Proactive monitoring of Solve/SE can be configured to notify operators when the merchant’s specified thresholds are exceeded. Solve-Monitor also reports performance statistics, providing graphical representations of the above statistics, in most cases showing the actual result compared against the threshold value.

Providing an easy-to-use graphical interface, Solve-Manager makes updating Solve/SE’s and Smart-Switch’s configuration files easy and fast. Solve-Manager has a familiar look and feel, providing the user with a series of data entry fields and drop-down boxes, which are validated to avoid errors. Solve-Manager will validate the Solve/SE definition file when Solve-Manager is loading and catch any loading errors such as poorly formatted records and display these records on screen. The configuration screen displays individual records and interprets the contents, in an easy to understand way. Entry is restricted to valid inputs e.g. it will not allow a letter to be added to a numerical field.

Solve-LogView2 is a Windows® application that has been designed to allow Systems Administrators to identify, and resolve, issues associated with card authorisation and settlement quickly and accurately. Users can now interpret and display log files in an easily understandable format. Solve-LogView2 has been designed to be simple and intuitive to use, allowing multiple file display options, search functionality and drag & drop file loading.

Solve-Analyst is a Windows® application that provides Systems Administrators with a graphical user interface for viewing system, accounting and management information data generated by Solve/SE (e.g. performance rates, performance times, transaction quantities, errors, communication failures, and transaction concurrency).
