Increasingly Logic Group clients are finding themselves under pressure to deliver more for less in ever-decreasing timescales. Recognising our client's need for assistance where in-house resources are scarce, The Logic Group can provide skilled and screened IT staff to assist with interim resourcing and project outsourcing. Recognising this, The Logic Group has produced a new package of flexible staffing solutions called ‘Managed Professional Services.’ We can either supply individual resources or an entire team. The service helps businesses deliver programmes according to deadlines and without adding to overall headcount.
The company has assisted many FTSE100 clients in a variety of assignments. These included strategic business implementations that required specialist expertise, programmes for adopting new leading-edge technologies, outsourcing projects, obtaining certifications. Our interim resources are all pre-vetted and selected according to individual client needs. They help programme managers achieve their objectives when in-house resources aren’t available.
The group's staff are typically available at short notice and can make a real difference quickly. Projects and initiatives can be delivered on time whilst keeping overheads low and ensuring that 'day to day' operations continue to be managed. The group will govern and manage all resources, freeing valuable management time from administration and cutting out the protracted timescales needed to hire permanent staff, as well as removing the risk of staff churn.
Our interim staff complement the existing teams to provide experienced delivery skills to implement, design and manage projects. Our Managed Professional Services staff include implementers with expert knowledge of specific technology areas, technical designers, security experts, data analysts, technical architects, project administrators and project managers. Resources can be switched during complex projects to ensure that the right skills are available for each phase. Our staff provide clients with access to a wealth of specialist skills that are often not available in-house.
