Clients are also able to receive regular updates on any client support calls, though The Logic Group's HERO (Helpdesk Email Robot Operator) service, which emails subscribers with either daily or weekly updates.
Managed Services Clients
Each user of a managed service from the Logic Group will be provided with clear details on who to contact for support calls. These may vary dependent on type of service beisng provided and contracted support agreed. This applies to all our loyalty, payment processing and network services users.

The Logic Group operates a separate Help Desk for all loyalty support calls from both the subscribers and the client’s staff.
