The Logic Group offers help and support to all customers before, during and after the sale. Every customer is supported by specialist teams from project management to technical product support.

A project manager assists our customers through the implementation of card processing software, which includes liaising with all parties involved to ensure the project is implemented promptly, with the minimum amount of disruption. Following implementation our customers enjoy the support of our client support centre staff; all of whom are highly technically experienced. A variety of support options are available, including a helpdesk and online support as well as additional services, in such areas as data recovery.
