Fleet, UK 14th July 2011 – The Logic Group Holdings Limited, the leading European supplier of secure payment, loyalty and insight solutions, today announced that it has secured a significant investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity, LLC (SGE).
The Logic Group is an established UK market leader in the provision of trusted solutions for multichannel payments, customer loyalty, fraud management and insight. The Company’s clients include over 60% of the major UK retail, banking, insurance and telecommunications giants along with numerous organisations across the leisure, entertainment, sporting and transportation sectors.
The Logic Group will continue to be managed by its current leadership team, headed by Antony Jones, Group Chief Executive. As part of the investment, Jonathan Klahr and Vincenzo La Ruffa of SGE, will be joining the Company’s board of directors.
