Logic Group strengthens its Managed Services with the launch of new data centres (5th September)
Secure transaction specialist, the Logic Group, today announced the opening of two new data centres in support of its commitment to providing industry leading transaction processing via a managed service business model. The new facilities deliver improved resilience, flexibility, security and capacity as well as facilitating compliance to the Visa and MasterCard PCI Data Security Standard (DSS).
With an increasing demand for payment managed services across retail, financial services and telecommunications industries The Logic Group has invested in these new state of the art facilities. These are capable of handling higher monthly transaction volumes and meet more stringent security standards such as PCI DSS. Operating in two locations the new data centres offer greater resilience and security. One of the key external drivers is the need for PCI DSS compliance.

The Logic Group is hosting a number of its market leading products within the data centres including Solve/SE for payment card authorisation, Solve-Payment for settlement services and OPAL for Payer Authentication. Modern IP networking services are managed for clients through these facilities enabling new IP applications to be deployed in the future such as Voice over IP (VoIP), IP CCTV and ecommerce hosting.
