The Logic Group strengthens management team with two senior appointments (17th May 2006)
Secure information and transaction specialist, The Logic Group, today announced that it is further strengthening its management team with the appointment of Nick Richardson as Director of Professional Services and Sara Williams as HR Director.
Nick Richardson will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of all Professional Services, a key area of focus for the group. The Logic Group understands clients critical need for professional programme, project, implementation and service management, and has responded with a range of product technology services as well as an extensive selection of training courses. In addition, the group offers Managed Professional Services providing skilled and screened IT staff to assist with interim resourcing and project outsourcing assignments.
Nick has over 25 years of ICT industry experience behind him with a significant proportion of this being in the professional services arena. He has managed large multi disciplined teams and multi million pound public sector programmes, both in the UK and internationally, with a clear focus on delivering business objectives and benefits. He has previously worked for Thales, Xansa, Siemens and Data Recall, having started his career at Marks and Spencer.
Sara Williams will be responsible for managing all human resource activities at The Logic Group, including the planning and implementation of both HR strategy and programmes. Sara will be enhancing The Logic Group’s people strategy, branded ‘Team Logic’, as part of the company’s commitment to the Investors in People standard. Previously, Sara worked at Engenio Information Technologies and LSI Logic Europe, while also spending 10 years within Centrica (British Gas).
Bringing with her 16 years of Human Resources experience, operating on an international basis, Sara has been responsible for managing all HR activities across 10 international sites including recruitment, management development, compensation and employee relations.
