HSS Hire Group goes for Visa purchasing card system
Fleet, Hampshire, February 26th. HSS Hire Group, the World's largest tool and equipment Hire/Rental chain, is the first company to implement an integrated purchasing card system complying with the new Visa Global Invoicing Standard (VGIS). The company believes that Retail Logic software will offer its customers a significantly enhanced service and attract new business.
Retail Logic's software will run in all 500 HSS outlets across the UK. Through Barclaycard Merchant Services, the system will authorise all transactions; provide comprehensive electronic invoicing and reduce the number of purchase requisitions. Account handling cost and administrative effort is reduced. A single itemised electronic monthly bill reduces paper work, invoice disputes are minimised and late payments avoided, saving both HSS Hire Group and its thousands of customers time and money.
