Blackbaud Europe Announce 15 New Customers for New Payment Service from The Logic Group
27th November, 2007: Secure card payment specialists The Logic Group today announced that its partner Blackbaud Europe, the leading provider of software and services designed specifically for not-for-profit organisations, has fifteen customers live with the Smart Transaction Processing Service (Smart-TPS). The Victoria & Albert Museum, Winchester Cathedral, Capitol Theatre and the Princess Royal Theatre are all among the fifteen clients who have already gone live with the new payment service, processing ticket sales across all channels including ticket offices, call centres and web.
By using the Smart-TPS service from The Logic Group, Blackbaud was able to go live with each client within an average of four weeks from date of order. Blackbaud Cultural Solutions include The Patron EdgeŽ, a comprehensive ticketing, marketing and CRM solution designed to meet the specific, complex needs of busy box offices and visitor centres.
Smart-TPS is a packaged solution aimed for small to medium sized merchants that delivers a quick and easy route to integrated card processing. The deployment of Smart-TPS to Blackbaud Europe's customers will enable these merchants to integrate a simple and cost-effective entry to Chip & PIN, resulting in quicker transactions across a multi-channel environment including ticket office, call centre and web bookings.
