IT Consultancy
The Group has four consulting practises: Customer Insight & Loyalty, EFT, Card Processing and Payment Solutions; Security, Risk Management and Compliance; and IT Infrastructure. Customer Insight & Loyalty

Managed Services

Loyalty card programmes are managed for over 25 million subscribers.
Card payments
The company was central to the UK’s migration to Chip & PIN, working with over 60% of leading retail stores. The group developed the world’s first EMV level 2 accredited Chip & PIN software and has been trusted by the UK’s top retailers to upgrade over 120,000 points of sale, including for new wireless and kiosk environments. The company also offers full support for Internet and call centre anti-fraud initiatives together with CNP fraud risk assessment for the growing number of businesses operating in the 'New High Street.'
