Welcome to the fourteenth edition of Logic Matters, The Logic Group’s e-newsletter for clients and partners. The lack of summertime weather across the UK and the continual onslaught of rain has led to a few dampened spirits, as many of us jet off to sunnier climes for holidays. At The Logic Group spirits have been kept high with a number of new developments, our best ever month financially, news and reviews, which are packed into this edition of Logic Matters. Firstly a review of the success enjoyed at the Retail Solutions Show 2007 and plans for the 2008 show. We take a look at the added value of marketing analytics, which discusses the need to adopt an effective measuring strategy, requiring a change of corporate culture. We share news of new client, National Express and the added value they have found by implementing the Enhanced Security Solution. Also there are news items including the launch of our PCI DSS survey, Smart-TPS Payment Page and our fast approaching Partner Day event. Finally, an introduction to how The Logic Group have new initiatives led by Ian Glanville, VP Consulting and Professional Services, that will take the value delivered to Logic Group clients, on to the next stage.

| 1. Retail Solutions Show 2007 Review |
The first week of June this year saw the Retail Solutions Show 2007 at the NEC in Birmingham, the must attend event for technology decision makers involved in sourcing and purchasing new solutions and technologies for the retail, leisure and hospitality industries. MDs, CEO's, Directors and Managers from across the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors were in attendance at the Show and The Logic Group were fully represented at the event with a well designed stand, which remained busy for the duration of the show.
