Graduates

Our graduate programme is designed to develop The Logic Group’s talent of the future, aiming to provide graduates with business awareness and the necessary skills to facilitate their introduction to the business environment.

Our aim is that the programme will offer development opportunities including internal training on our products, solutions, customers and market together with placements in other departments. In addition there will be team building events and training courses to support the development of communication and business skills, such as project management, presentation skills, communication & influencing and time management.

Graduates will spend time in different departments with the aim of experiencing different working environments and teams, thereby developing new skills, abilities and understanding. Our objective is that graduates will develop an overall understanding of the business through building up an individual portfolio of different experiences within the company. Alongside and during placements in various segments of the business, graduates will be interacting at all levels, from their immediate team to board directors. We fully encourage working relationships at all levels as we believe our people are key to our continuing success.

In support of our values, we encourage graduates to realise their full potential and to be committed to continuous performance improvement and personal development whilst demonstrating ownership of issues and accountability. Graduates can expect to be involved in a range of challenging projects, working as members of a dynamic and professional team across the stimulating spectrum of specialist fields we embrace.
