Overall aims of the programme
The Logic Group Graduate Programme is designed to support the development of the talent of the future within The Logic Group. It aims to provide our graduates with business awareness, communication and ‘soft’ skills to facilitate their introduction to the business environment. The programme also aims to develop a community of employees who, from day one, are used to fostering and encouraging communication and co-operation between the departments with a shared sense of commitment to The Logic Group.
Our aim is that the programme will offer development opportunities including internal training on our products, solutions, customers and markets and placements in other departments. In addition there will be team building events and training courses to support the development of communication and ‘soft’ skills.
Spending time in different departments will also enable the graduates to understand how other departments operate along with the business challenges they face. Our objective is that they will thereby develop an overall understanding of the business. |
