The group's insight consultancy services are also being used to help financial services clients to turn raw data into information and then into insight. The group's card payment solutions are used in such areas as insurance to process online and call-centre transactions, with many clients taking advantage of the group's support for dynamic currency conversion. Solutions are either offered under licenced terms or as managed services.
