Antony E. Jones – Chief Executive
During his career, Antony Jones has held senior management positions in various IT organisations across Europe, including time spent at Fujitsu Siemens Computers as Executive Vice President where he had worldwide responsibility for all sales, marketing and services operations. Prior to his appointment as CEO he served as a non-executive director for the company.

Gareth Wokes – Chairman
Gareth has worked for the Logic Group since its foundation back in 1986, during which time he has spearheaded its growth and development to its current position of European market leadership. With a background in sales and retail technology, Gareth has held board-level positions for a number of high-tech international companies. After 14 years as CEO of The Logic Group he now holds the post of Executive Chairman for the company.

William Dalton – Director
William joined the company in 1998 and was appointed Finance Director in 2000. He also has responsibility for the company's Human Resources, commercial contracts and procurement activities. William qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 with city firm Kingston Smith shortly after which he moved into industry, gaining experience in the property, construction and manufacturing sectors as well as IT.

Andrew Downing – Director
Andrew joined the Logic Group in 2005 to head up the new Products and Services division for the company. Andrew has had a distinguished career in the IT industry, with many years in retail and has held both general management responsibility and for functional delivery teams. His role includes responsibility for support, development, and the day to day operation of managed services.

Brian Sellers – Director
Brian Sellers has responsibility for driving sales for the Logic Group across its entire product portfolio and geographical coverage. Brian heads up a team of major account managers, segment sales, specialised sales managers and a channel team. He has considerable experience of building & managing customer focussed businesses in the IT sector. He has worked extensively in both the UK & continental Europe for the Fujitsu group with a strong emphasis on building new business streams in target market sectors such as Retail, Financial Services & Public Services.

Ian Glanville – Director
Ian spent 17 years of his career with KPMG the advisory and consultancy firm where he qualified as a chartered accountant and specialised in corporate finance. As a former Partner leading KPMG's focus on technology across Europe he worked on key client relationships with HP, Oracle and a number of technology companies. Prior to joining, Ian was CFO of Azzurri Communications.

Ian Grant – Non-Executive Director
Ian is a chartered accountant and career venture capitalist working for August Equity (formerly Kleinwort Capital Limited). Ian has led investments in the consumer goods, leisure, IT and manufacturing sectors. In 2004, Ian became responsible for the overall management of August Equity's investment portfolio. Ian is a non-executive director of Redsky IT, Kangol, InterMed, ETT, Hat Trick as well as The Logic Group. He joined the Board of The Logic Group in September 2000.

Chris Sealy – Non-Executive Director
Chris has worked in the IT industry since 1962, when he joined ICT Limited (ICL) as a programmer. He worked for ICL South Africa for 3 years and then joined Leasco Software Limited, where he became Sales and Marketing Director. Having successfully floated and then managed the sale of his company, Micro Scope plc,he formed Tech PR Limited, which was sold to a City PR company in 1990. Chris joined the Board of The Logic Group in 1989, to assist the Chief Executive with planning the growth and development of the company.
